The project aims to bring together the members of the 10 RSSS branches in a non-formal setting that manages to bring closer and strengthen student communities. Over the course of 3 days, there are meetings organised on topics ranging from soft skills training to the debate of future projects of the Association.
Within the National Training Seminar, the National Training Congress is also held, serving as the starting point for surgical workshops in every RSSS branch, dedicated to trainers and members involved in the Association. The group updates information at the national level and presents new workshop opportunities for students.
Soft skills training, alongside teambuilding activities, stand as indispensable pillars for the future of surgeons, as working with people is a fundamental component of the medical profession.
